September 17, 18 and 19, 2027

The Weekend

Everything happens in and around downtown Walnut Creek. Here's the whole plan, first pour to last coffee.

Friday, the seventeenth of September

Welcome Drinks

Six o'clock in the evening

The Fig & Vine · downtown Walnut Creek

Come say hello the night before. Casual, no program, first round on us. The shuttle makes a Fig & Vine run from The Walnut & Vine Inn; ask for seats when you RSVP.

Saturday, the eighteenth of September

Ceremony & Reception

Half past four in the afternoon

Foxhollow Estate · Walnut Creek

Vows on the lawn under the oaks, then dinner and dancing as the string lights come on. The shuttle runs from The Walnut & Vine before the ceremony and after the last song.

Sunday, the nineteenth of September

Farewell Brunch

Ten o'clock in the morning

The garden terrace at Foxhollow

One more round of coffee and goodbyes on the terrace. It's a buffet, come as you are, leave when you must.

Your invitation lists the events with your name on them, and your RSVP page shows exactly those.

What to wear

Garden Cocktail

Suits or sport coats, dresses or dressy separates. The ceremony is on grass, so kindly plan your shoes accordingly. September afternoons here are warm and the evenings cool off fast; bring a layer for dancing under the lights.

A note on little ones

We love your little ones, and we've chosen an adults‑only celebration. Consider it a night off, on us.

Plus ones appear by name on your invitation. If yours reads "and guest", we mean it: bring them, and tell us their name when you reply.
